These Website Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits myquerencia.com. The website is run by Querencia Associates Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202601022102 (1684199-M)) ("Querencia", "we", "us").

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you book or pay for anything with us, our Booking Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy also apply. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

2. How you may use our website

Please do not:

break any law while using the site
try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours
upload anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious code
copy, scrape or resell our content or programs
post or send anything abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights
misuse our chat assistant, for example by trying to make it produce harmful content

3. Not medical or professional advice

The articles, program descriptions and other content on our website are for general information. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan or professional advice for you or your child. For advice on your own situation, please speak to a qualified professional, including through our own services. Our child development screening is an initial check, not a formal diagnosis.

4. Our chat assistant

"Ask Senda" is an AI chatbot that answers general questions about Querencia and our programs.

Its answers may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. The prices, dates and terms shown on the official program page and at checkout are the ones that apply. We reserve the right to correct any clear pricing errors or misstatements generated by Ask Senda.
It is not a counsellor, therapist or medical professional.
Please do not share health details or other sensitive personal information in the chat.

5. We are not an emergency service

Our website, chat assistant, email and phone line are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies.

If you or someone else is in danger, call 999. For urgent emotional support:

6. Intellectual property

The content on our website and in our programs belongs to Querencia or to those who have licensed it to us. This includes text, images, logos, The Domains framework, workshop materials, worksheets and recordings.

You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, adapt, sell or teach from our content or materials without our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites or social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the website.
Our responsibility for the programs, screenings and sessions you book is set out in our Booking Terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, or any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

8.5 Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal, the rest of the terms will remain fully in effect.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts in Kuala Lumpur will handle any dispute. Before going to court, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. This does not affect your right to bring a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
